Work Type: HYBRID - Partial In Office 3 Days / Partial Remote 2 Days

Position Overview

Liberty New York is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. In this role, you will support multiple teams, manage office resources, and coordinate internal communications to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain and organize company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and training coordination.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, calls, and email inquiries.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of office administration or executive assistant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with office management software and project management tools.
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

  • Occasional to frequent sitting and standing.
  • Ability to lift office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Regular use of computer, phone, and other office equipment.
  • Noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.

Salary Range

$55,000-$75,000 Annually
